No follow up call. I had the repair done at a different place.

On the 27th of November 2023. I dropped my truck off at Dave's Auto at 9am finally after three days I called Dave's and they told me they were trying to get parts approved through Car Shield. Finally after having my truck off the road for 7 days. I called Car Shield to see what the hold up was. Car shield stated there was no claim filed. At 4pm I called Dave's and they said they can't find the parts, and They had told me that 4 days prior. The desk clerk was very rude dismissive. I will never go there again never seen an auto shop ran this way. I waited for three days with no call. I was told they were trying to get the parts covered and I waited another 3-4 days, and never heard back. I had the repair done at a different place. I would like this company to call the client the same day as appointment so the client knows what is going on with their vehicle. To treat people with respect. Communication!
