I financed a 2017 ford focus and before I signed papers I was promised by the sales person John, who I guess has quit since this, that my car would get fixed because it was hesitating and had like a stutter to it when you take off after a complete stop. I drove it for 2 days and took it back to Dave white so they could fix it. They had it for exactly 4 weeks and gave it back and said nothing was wrong with it. It is still doing the same thing I was calling every day to try to get this resolved with the general manager but he would never return my calls so I went there in person. I finally talked to him and he said he would make it right, he was going to check into a couple things and then call me when he figured something out. That was well over a week or more ago and I still have not heard from him and he still will not return my calls. I am paying over $30,000 for this car and I have a warranty and they still will not do anything. I had a friend who's a mechanic drive it and he said there was definitely something wrong but he couldn't do anything because I didn't want to mess up my warranty. I would like for them to fix this or trade it out for something that is safe and reliable. I have lost many many hours at work because I am afraid of getting stranded. It's only getting worse. They were also suppose to replace the missing piece in the front but when I asked one of the other workers all he said was did u get that in writing. Please help me. Thank u for your time Resolution Sought Help me get my car fixed right or get a car that will run right and that is safe and reliable so I can work.

Company states: We go out of my way to fix problems on our cars. I have spoken with this customer many times, so the statement she made is incorrect. The customer brought her vechicle back in for us to check it. But, there is no check engine light on, so we can't run a diagnositc to get codes to find the problem she is referring to. Her car has been to two separate mechanic shops and nothing wrong can be found with it. I can't fix what is not broken, and we didn't find a problem with this car.

I have only spoken to him twice because he will not return any of my calls and I can provide phone records to prove how many times I have called and how many return calls I have gotten. I also took it to a mechanic and had them drive it and was told there is definitely something wrong with it but they would not be able to do anything with it because it could void my warranty so I was told it needs to go back to the dealership to be fixed and I also have 2 witnesses that were there with me at 2 different times that heard the salesman tell me that he would guarantee this car get fixed because he drove it and he felt the stutter and hesitation in it every time you take off. Just because the check engine light isn't on doesn't mean there is nothing wrong.A car just don't stutter every time you accelerate l, that is not normal and avoiding customers is not going out of your way to fix things. He has been avoiding me since the beginning. I just want my car fixed or a car that is reliable and I will stand by everything I believe in until this issue is resolved. This is not how a business should operate.My statement is very accurate and true. I just want these people to do the right thing

As I previously stated if there is a problem that is covered under the warranty we will fix it. We have sent it to two separate shops and have had 3 different people drive the vehicle. No one is able to determine what if any problem there is with the vehicle. There are no codes in the vehicles, no check engine light or other codes for us to figure out what is causing the problem. Neither of the two shops we sent the vehicle two are able to duplicate the problem. I can not fix a problem if the problem doesn't show up for the mechanics. At this point I am not sure what you would like me to do. I do my best to help everyone, but if we can't verify the problem my mechanic's have no idea where to begin to fix it.
