I dropped off my Honda's head with Dave to have it resurfaced and pressure tested. It is my personal commuting vehicle and I have been struggling for over a month to get the correct repairs done. I have done most the work but did not have the machines to do what I had asked Dave to complete. I called him once on Tuesday because he had suggested it could be ready to pick up that day and he said he was waiting for a template to be made. I said ok sounds good. I then called him Thursday on my way home from work to Hopefully save myself a long drive but I had to leave a message with his assistant. He then called me back and said that I could come get my part first thing in the morning on Friday but nothing we agreed upon is going to be done. I said I was sorry to have bothered him and that I just want the work done that he was able to do without additional wait time and he said he refuses to help me. I tried to reason with him but he hung up on me. I called him back because I need my part and I have a full time job that prevents me from picking up the part at that time and then he hung up on me again. I never once raised my voice with him but he still chose to take out his pent up frustration on me, his customer. I just want his reputation as a professional to be re evaluated. He was very friendly at first but then became hostile and believe that he should never treat a customer like he treated me.
