The market is scaring people when you place an order. I received things I did not order and only 2 items I ordered. Resolution Sought My money back

We will need more information concerning this issue that took place. Did the customer shop directly at our location or did she order on line through Instacart? If ordered on line, she will need to deal directly with Instacart by calling (888) 246-7822 or emailing them at help@instacart.com. If she shopped directly at our location, we will need more details about her visit – what did she receive wrong, stated the store is scaring people when placing an order (need further details on this statement) How much did she spend, what did she purchase, does she still have her receipt, who she spoke with at the store.
