I hired Mr. Palmer to built a swinging gate at the entrance to my porch. It took him approximately 3 months to get where we are today. The gate is not level and it does not close. I paid him $334 in good faith October 11, the gate was not complete when I paid him. He did come back a couple of times to get it right. He only made it worse. Yesterday, I text David to find out how he planned to fix the gate. I told him what he did was unacceptable and I wanted it fixed. In his last email he stated that he was all done talking about it. Resolution Sought I would like him to refund the money for the wasted wood and shoddy labor.
