Went for a oil change and tire rotation. Left dealership and within 20 miles all my lug nuts were loose. My tires were wobbling and rubbing. Lost lug nuts on the road. Had a child and my wife in the car when this happened. Dealership endangered customer and customers truck from neglect. Failed to provide correct service. Endangered customers life. Resolution Sought Held liable for the gross negligence created from the dealership. Damaged items replaced. Technician should be let go for failure to job correctly and endangering customers life and passengers lives..

Per consumer states; The dealership apologized and inspected the vehicle for damage. None was found due to me tightening all the lug nuts myself up on noticing immediately the loose lug nuts. I consider the problem fixed.
