I had a contract with a new jeep with the dealership, The night I bought the jeep, the gas light was on, salesman told me he wasn't allowed to put gas in the jeep, Next day the me and the bank pulled out of the deal because the dealership was caught making a predatory loan, I returned the vehicle and requested to be reimbursed foe the gas, was told there was no way that could happen, I've attempted to contact the general manager with no success, I've was contacted by the bank and they informed me that the dealership has not informed them that they have the jeep that was returned as of Jan 30th 2024. Resolution Sought Reimbursed the gas I had to spend $68.80. Dealership contacts the bank and informs them they have the jeep back In the dealerships possession.

We apologize that the customer had a bad experience at our dealership. We have issued a check to the customer to reimburse his gas, contacted Capital One to let them know we have the vehicle, and paid off the balance with Capital One to fully unwind the deal. We thank the customer for alerting us of this issue and giving us an opportunity to correct it.

On September 17, 2022 I bought a used car from David Stanley dealership in Midwest City without the extended warranty. On October 20, 2022 while drving from work the acceleration stops working on my car. I take it directly to David Stanley for a diagnostic on it since I just got it from them just over 30 days prior. They call me the next day saying I have to take it to a ford house because they cant run the proper test on a Ford. I take it to Ford and they tell me it was a major powertrain issue and fuel issue totalling 4K in cost. I feel like David Stanley knew of the issue and chose to send me to Ford, so David Stanley wouldnt be the ones to tell me of a car repair of 4K and being the same place that sold it to me. I have not made my first payment yet and I am not able to afford this repair. I think it should have been caught as they do their vehilce intake process before selling it on the lot. I think this is wrong and I shouldn't have to pay for such a huge repair cost and I just got the car. Resolution Sought Take car back and give me a qorkable car. Or void the Contract. Or pay some/all of the Cost
