I was referred to this office by my dentist and I told Dr dodds office all my information before scheduling an appointment. After arriving to my appointment I was refused treatment due to me telling Dr Dodd that when I was twelve the dentist thought I had an allergic reaction to novacain but since then on multiple occasions I have never had any problems or reactions to novacain.. I have been waiting months to have five teeth pulled and he would not extract them. I even gave him permission to extract them without using novacain and still he refused. I missed work for no reason
