I went to buy a vehicle. Test drive a couple and settled on one n 5 mins before closing. They switched the car out to one I DID NOT test drive n said just let them know if I have any issues. Next day said I hear a cracking noise. They said nothing is wrong. Took it back a couple of days later for cracking noise was called a liar and was told there's nothing wrong with it they checked everything. Then a couple of days later and many complaints later I was able to get the service mngr to ride with so I can point out the noise and he literally said he heard and feels nothing it's probably that pink thing in the back making the noise. The pink thing was a BEACH TOWEL!! Took the car to different dealer service. I had a broken rear differential and stabilizing bar and knuckles. The car was UNSAFE to drive and since they switched vehicles at the last minute the car I was diving was uninsured!! Resolution Sought I want to be compensated for the repairs and an apology for the inconvenience.
