Purchased a 2003 Mercedes Benz Eclass from this David guy it was of course an as is sale, but per South Carolina lemon law he failed to mention that the cars computer system was down and the car was no good I brought it to his attention multiple times in hopes he'd right his wrongs but he has failed to do so and he knows he scammed me and he will not give me a car of equal value or a partial refund I got 10 of use out of the car since the purchase I have proof the problem was preexisting. Resolution Sought Give me a car if equal value or refund me at least half.
