I felt I was wrongly charged for diagnostic on my car, which i had one before. And wasn't charged, they said premier warranty didn't cover full diagnostic, i think that's not fair. Resolution Sought Try to have better service for customers, not charge extra out of customer pockets if they paying on warranty services. And stop confusing customer with false information.

My truck was brought in on 4/15/2022 for a tune up and warranty work that should have only spent $100. i was told i needed i needed a starter when a battery and my battery was less then 6 months.so i hade to get a rental car i only ended up paying the overage but that was over $300 Negative cable ,at that point i thought they were just adding things so i picked up my truck without having the cable changed. The truck stopped on me on the highway so i had it tolled to another shop and was told it wasn't the cable but the alternator the guys at the other shop said that they should have picked that up. I think that they were just telling me different things that i needed to run up my bill and the warranty people. I would have never though that the place i bought the truck from would do that i have heard of being done but that caught me by surprise. Then on my service report they said that i stated my truck had a abnormal noise which wasn't true because while i was waiting in the lobby the service advisor came in and told me that they were waiting on the warranty people to approve my repair fro my window and that the technician as he was moving my truck into the bay that the starter was making a noise i told them to changed it out because it was covered also that was on a friday then on that monday i was told the battery was dead the next came the cable and that those trucks wa s known for trouble with the negative cables and did i want to have it changed and i said no don't fix Resolution Sought To check into what i'm saying and reimburse me for the battery and my overage on rental because cheating your customers is not good business i bought the cable from parts and will be returning it.
