On May 21, I hired the above name company own by Verdean Lemaster to clean and restore my home located at in Saint Paul, MN 55119 because it experience smoke damage. in the process of restoring the home over several weeks, Verdean was instructed to not take items that were located in closets and drawers, because they were not impacted by smoke. The smoke was in the kitchen at a lower level. He was instructed to only take items and furnishing that were exposed to smoke. However, he proceeded to take all items and has not returned them since then. As of July 23, 2023 less than 5 of all items have been returned. The job was poorly done and all of my belongings from my home was removed, including non-clothing items from closets and drawers in bedrooms, the items removed were electronics shoes, purses saxophone, every clothing item from closets, winter jackets, towels, belongings for children in my day care. Toys and personal belongings for the children in my daycare. No repairs were made for damages to my property. My home was painted with the wrong color shade, and my insurance company has paid over $38,000. 95 of my belongings are hell hostage for an additional over $15,000 from my insurance company which has been mailed out, but not yet received. It has been two months since this incident occurred. I requested a service for a restoration company and was unknowingly giving a document to sign. Lic. # BC779079 Please help me. Resolution Sought I wish that my situation could be investigated as a crime, if possible. I am 60 years old and hypertensive. A positive outcome will help stabilize my blood pressure as I have been under an enormous amount of stress for two months. Any amount of help giving to me will be highly appreciate it. I hope to recover all of my belongings. Most importantly, memories of my grown children. Repair damage to my home or pay for the damage.
