Our car was in a wreck and needed to be towed. The police called Ron's auto sales we were charged 280.00 to have the car towed to his lot. We were later told that tow companies can not charge more than 125.00. Resolution Sought Refund 155.00.

Company states: The customer already received an explanation of the charges, and it's on the copy of the bill. Tow: $125.00, Storage: $40, Loaded Miles: $3.50 a mile for 2 miles = $7.00, Carrier Claim: $25.00, Weekend Fee: $55.00 (gate fee), Hazmat Cleaning: $35.00 Total: $287.00 ($2.00 is owed, but I will waive it)
