I had my car towed 2 days out from their tow company they kept my car for 2 weeks, which I was understandable because it was Christmas & New Year's, but when I call them to ask them when will they have my car ready they come out for the really nasty attitude said it would be 3,000 I told him I was not paying that for a tune up so I have my car towed back to my house when I got my car my catalytic converter was missing which that is what people are stealing those for $3,000 you tried to say I owed him $400 and I was like why I didn't give you any permission to do anything to my car without my consent so he's a lot of foul language and my catalytic converter was missing I was not going to do anything about it but I took it to another shop afterwards and that's how I found out I wasn't going to have a complaint but I really believe that this is not right to do something to someone's car and that is my is the transportation and I told them that I needed my car fixed took it there and buy that they took it apart themselves to try to read $3,000 for a 2016 Kia optima so I had to go buy me a brand new car the 2020 to have reliable source of transportation I work in Cincinnati I live downtown my job is an evendale I would like to file charges and I would like to have my catalytic converter put back or my money replaced I've been very patient and I've been trying my best not to go this route that I could not call them I do not want to speak to them please help. Resolution Sought I would like to do have my Cadillac converter put back on my car or replace what it cost for me to have to go get a new car because they stolen my Cadillac converter which is totally disrespectful I'm called for an unprofessional and I'm reporting it because if they did this to me they probably done it to someone else I did not appreciate the disrespect I do not appreciate someone taking upon themselves and stealing something from me I'm a very calm guy and I think that they take advantage
