I ran out of gas on the freeway and went to get gas wasn't gone for a hour came back and my truck was gone! Then My vehicle was sold at a auction the same day it was towed but at 10:35am I was told by Nite and Day towing. It was originally towed on 11/16/21 at 6:57 am. The police said they are holding it for a while week for investigation and never told me why! Then released it to tow yard they had it for a week. I spoke to them multiple times they knew I was coming to get it. On Dec. 3rd I get release papers to pick up and they sold it already! I put alot of money in my truck! And they don't have the right to get rid of it I don't know if they are just telling me that or they really did but I'm getting 2 different stories from the police and tow yard. Resolution Sought They sold my vehicle after 14 days at a auction
