Failure to communicate and, or Service/Maintain their Equipment since 12/7/21 Installation date. System has functioned @ 30 for 115 days since that date & they have BLOCKED my calls to ALL company numbers since 5/16/23, & refuse to correspond with any inquiries on my behalf. I've been forced to hire another contractor @ a cost of $2,114 to correct their shoddy work with no one holding Daybreak accountable. I have a 2 page dissertation with dates that have required my undevided attention to Babysit their incompetent Contractors. Resolution Sought I deserve a Total Refund of original contracted funds ($59,192.27) plus $2,114, & removal of their inferior equipment so I may hire a reputable Company (Solar Source), who corrected their Fiasco. Someone needs to hold Daybreak Solar accountable, & nobody has done anything, yet!

Had Daybreak install additional panels on Sept. 28, 2021 and have been trying to get a service tech out to install a chip so that the system will produce electricity No service since 9/28/2021 loosing money. Have been calling and sending texts and supposedly their attorney advised that if I took legal action they would drop all communications. Resolution Sought Only want the tech to show up and get the system working and producing so I won't have to get my attorney involved. Don't think I am being unreasonable.
