I've noticed Every Time I check out of this hotel they go above and beyond to keep your deposit. I called the next day to get my deposit it says come between 9 and 11 am … I'm not able to come during those hours because I have a job.. I called at 1:00 when I had a break at work the front desk told me I couldn't get my deposit because it was after 11 AM.. I asked to speak with a manager she said the manager will not be available until tomorrow on Tuesday. So I called on Tuesday morning during the correct hours , again they gave me the run around, so I showed up this morning (Wednesday) 6-26-2024 I was told to get out, she was being so rude, and wasn't trying to be civil at all.. Told me that I lost my deposit because I didn't come between the hours of 9-11 .. Even though the room was in excellent condition nothing broke or stolen or damaged. I don't think it's fair that I had to endure the name calling and lose my hard earned money because I have a job… Resolution Sought I would like to be given my deposit back and maybe more added so the business can feel how it feels to lose money
