Requested a refund for my saturday stay that was interrupted by staff meeting !!!

Terrible experience bad customer service including manager who refused to give his name! Was put in room 207 directly next to meeting room only to wake up to employees kids running threw the room and hall way when calling front desk was told I could move as if they was helping moving all stuff unloaded in room I payed for .. just unprofessional foreign business not much to be expected from a them !! Reading over prior reviews bed bugs bug issue this hotel keep going Raleigh has great hotels run by real companies and English speaking staff and management.. horrible place do not recommend drug hooker infested area !
Day 2 reported them to BBB As well as have a open complaint with days inn cooperate against most unprofessional manager Yadi who claim we had to leave because cooperate was notified ! These people don’t realize if it wasn’t for customers they would not have a business in our country ! Yadi needs training and definitely people skills my attorney will get me all my money back ! Don’t waste your time just file complaint with cooperate. I have pictures of large amount of employee and kids directly by my room as well !!!!Requested a full refund for my inconvenience!!!
