I check in on April 4 2024 in the afternoon, ask the desk clerk for a handicap room, she in turn said none was available and that night I checked into a regular room after staying there for 2 days I start getting bitten by bed bugs on my feet and legs, the next morning April 6 I called the front desk. They sprayed some kind of spray but the bugs did not stop biting me. So I check out. But didn't get a refund. The tub was not want I couldn't take a shower either. Resolution Sought I would like to get if not all my money or $328.00 reimburse at least half because when I went to the doctor I had to get some medication to put on the bumps. They became infected. I do not want to give this merchant of Days Inn my full charge of my stay because of the bugs that, had bit my feets and legs, also inside. Of my lampstand draw eating my snacks.
