The room had cockroaches & water bugs. I felt unsafe & filthy. I was 2 hours away from home a trip that could NOT be canceled due to having 2 scheduled appointments in the area. I provided the General Manager with several disgusting photos of the property. I want to be refunded. It's very simple. My experience was frightening & traumatizing. Resolution Sought I want a full $200.00 refund for my room.
