Days Inn by Wyndham Sturbridge complaints

My father and I were contracted to renovate most of the inside of the hotel called days inn in Sturbridge which is still currently closed. We agreed to 7500 for labor per week, we worked there for about 2 months and materials were not included and they only gave us a partial payment. My father caught covid from the days inn manager named Sam because he wasn't wearing a mask and this was when the masks were mandatory. Not less than 24 hrs after my fathers death the owner of the hotel Eldad Cohen tried hiring our sub contractors and employees behind my back. They didn't offer to finish paying for the work my fathers workers completed, they didn't offer money to help pay for the funeral that they caused, they didn't even offer their condolences. I'm filing this complaint now because i was grieving over the loss of my father which was very close to me. Mr Cohen has contacted me throughout the months indicating that he's going to pay up and give us more work and when I got to the hotel I was offered 5,000$ total to get 6 employees from boston to Sturbridge 10 hrs a day,5 days a week to dump 30 mattresses, dump all the trash and furniture from 80 rooms, deep clean 80 filthy rooms, assemble 120 beds, teem clean 50 couches, and vacuum all rooms, very long hallways, 2 staircases with 3 floors, clean large dirty lobby. I feel like after wasting our time and money, they should have the decency to pay what they owed my father and I and cover his cremation costs because they caused it. Resolution Sought I would like them to pay the rest of what they owed my father and I, and I would like for them to cover the funeral costs because my dad got covid from working inside the days inn and died because the days inn manager Sam showed up to work sick and not wearing a mask and spread it to my father and best friend and it killed him. At the very least they should've covered the costs, offer their condolences and a job instead of trying to steal my fathers employees less than 24 hrs after he passed awa
