I reserved a room on the 10th of November with the hotel making sure that they new there was 3 adults and one dog asking for a total be fro I went in and payed the lady charged me $116.23 so I loved the deal I thought then I decided to reserve it for the next day and that would be November 11th they wanted to charge me now it went up I don't know why 2141 23 so I was like okay that's crazy but okay the next day the 12th I got charged double for that one day so I was charged on the 11th and 12th not knowing because I went in there daily and paid so I didn't understand that part I'm feeling like I'm missing the chunk of my change so let me see yes on the 13th they charge me 13th and the 15th it says they charged me $229 I will snapshot all these to you and on the 12th they charged me it was a 15th they also charged me again 138 so very confused here and I just don't understand why they're all over me like that I couldn't understand why they couldn't just make it one you know pay instead of charging me up and down like that I feel so disrespected in so many ways I feel violated I feel like my cards were violated without my authorization and I totally I'm not okay with that and so I decided today on the 16th to book it through the hotel.com because it came out to be 112 for three people and a dog so my dispute is that I feel discriminated in a lot of ways I really appreciate your time I have pictures I'll show you all my receipts Resolution Sought I feel like since the lady at the front desk messed up you know on her part that shouldn't have nothing to do with me that's not my problem and it's not my fault I just don't understand she did it not just once but twice it happened and why should I get repercussions for their mistakes they they were okay with the 116 you know and I guess she got in trouble for this not my fault you know I just don't understand why everything went up every damn day different just let me know what you guys think
