Matt was rude and unprofessional.....I told the his manager that was there and she laughed about it and blew it off and was trying to tell me he wasn't rude.....they had my vehicle for 10 days and still hadn't filed the paperwork until I got there....very unprofessional and rude...I would never recommend them to anyone horrible company and staff! Resolution Sought I would like them to punish Matt, honestly fire him he is very unprofessional and the old lady that is his manager should have consequences too, very unprofessional.
