I purchased a 3 seater couch with an ottoman last February of 2022. I had the couch a very short time and the fabric started peeling off like a run in pantyhose. I did purchase the warranty and paid for the fabric protection. The warranty company instantly denied and said it's a Manufacturer defect.. I almost a year later still have no couch and they have only communicated with me after multiple and multiple calls from me. I've been told so many different reasons. My husband and I just want our money back or a different couch. Resolution Sought Let me pick a different couch or my money returned so I can go purchase one.
