Horrible service and customer service do not leave your car with them

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER OR COLLISION CENTER !!! On May 25 I dropped my 2017 Toyota rav 4 off to get painted for a RECALL through Toyota. My paint in a very small section was chipping off. When I got there they didn't even have my appointment in the system and did not have a rental car for me either I had to wait over an hour to get a rental car from them. They had nothing equivalent to my rav 4 and gave me a ram 1500 which was awful on gas the whole time I had it. They told me it was going to take 2 to 3 weeks to paint my whole car.(they in fact didn't paint the whole car no plastic was painted at all so the car is different colors) At the three week mark I called to get an update and they had told me that they were short staffed and it was taking longer And it would be done next week. After that every single time I called to get an update they would either hang the phone up or send me to a full voicemail and no one would ever call me back. If they said it would take 3 months I wouldn't have even bothered calling. I had other appointments for my car I had to cancel and still pay for. The customer service is horrible. I finally got my car back on July 13 and when I got it and inspected the car there was so many problems with the car. The windshield glue is all over my white car. There was Sanding marks all over my black trim on my windows. There was overspray of paint on my leather seats on my sunroof and on my dashboard. They messed up the tint on my front windshield. There is dirt under the paint. There is drip marks all in the paint. They did not paint it the right color to match my bumper and my trim so now my car is two different colors of white. When I called to tell them about the problems they acted like they couldn't help me fix the problems that they made. They were very rude. They made my car look worse than when I dropped it off and did not give it back in the condition that I dropped it off in. When I called and spoke to Tony the collision center " manager" I asked him who looked my car over before they sent it home like that and he told me that "nobody did because they're short staffed because of Covid" so I guess that means he doesn't have to do his job the correct way? Now that my car has lost value because of their negligence I have to have them to to fix it which I doubt they will do or do it the right way. Tony the manger of the collision center is very rude and Marissa the guest relations is nice but very unhelpful. If I knew they would do this to my car I would have never gotten the recall done. My nice new car looks like trash now.
