I got my car back on 8/30/22 my payments were suppose to be 233.89 bi-weekky I was suppose to have a copy emailed to me from them but never did! I started asking questions a couple months ago for a copy of my contract they sent me for my car at 233.89 payments total for the car was around 20k when I pointed out being over charged they sent me one saying my payments are 277 not 233 I must have a different vehicle... Which I don't... Next said I must have resigned... Which I never did new document also states I owe 24 k for my vehicle but I never resigned so how can a company do this legally and now threaten a repo if I pay the 233 and not the 277? I have been getting over charged for 18 months and told if I don't continue they will repo me and my car is only blue booked at 3k? Resolution Sought Make this right. They need to be investigated before other people get taken advantage of.

My name is Al and i am the manager at DBS Financial. I spoke to the customer multiple times myself and offered to show her the contract she signed, customer refused to see it. I offered customer to come to our office to look at and discuss, they have refused. Customer signed contract but seems to have some confusion about the issue.
