They should be open when they claim that they will be open.

I've been at DC Shares since 9 am, in which they say that they are supposed to open. On the record, they specifically state that they will be open today June 27th and unfortunately they are not open. I am in a wheelchair and that is so disappointing to come all the way up here and they are not open.
