Air Conditioner service on our 2010 Honda Odyssey. 7 Sep 23 - no leaks found, dye added and charged. Immediately did not work 15 Sep 23 - no leaks found, told it was the rear evaporator and needs to be replaced. 15 Feb 24 - replaced evaporator, told it was working. We paid the bill online, and when I went to pick up the van, I was told, "The A/C works great now, but there's a chance the front may stop working. Don't worry, the rear A/C is ice cold." We checked the van, and immediately the air conditioning does not work, both the front and back. When we brought it back, we were told that it'll be another several thousand to go into the dash to investigate. The service representative said it was working just fine when she checked it out, which we find completely unbelievable as it immediately did not function. Further, they said they flushed the system to get it to work, and that probably caused the front to stop working. Clearly, they knew the air conditioning was not working properly, but yet claimed the job completed. They clearly caused more problems with the air conditioning when they flushed it. We find this completely dishonest, saying a job is complete, allowing us to pay several thousand for the job, then on picking it up, saying it may not be fixed, then finding it completely not working. Resolution Sought Refund the air conditioning service due to inadequate service and cause of further air conditioning problems
