Nothing but issues with the service department breaking things in the car they were repairing. Paint destroyed by buffing. Service manager and service advisor lying stating the car was test driven and no issues were felt or found then upon transmission diagnosis the torque converter was failing waiting almost 4 months for transmission in the process the paint on the car, the interior center Console, 2 flat tires after sitting for 45 days without being driven showed up to pick up the car with no work done and the 2 flat tires after service advisor stated the work was completed and the car was washed and ready to go then upon picking the car up from them after actually doing the work it was discovered the air conditioning was then broken and pieces from under the car were missing and the center console was broken. Spoke with manager was promised it would be fixed so they set up a date to drop it back off for the air and center console to be fixed we drop it off they promise it in a day or two a week goes by no communication then by three weeks we finally had contact and we're able to pick up the car at this point we find the center console still not fixed properly and now a ton of clear coat damage to the rear side of the car I am contacting a lawyer in regards to this matter to have it rectified the car is a mess and in a more horrible condition than when it arrived at their dealership Resolution Sought They need to fix all of the issues completely or offer us a solution on the car the paint is destroyed, air conditioning barely works, center console clips still broken, and a ton of corrosion under the hood as well as a missing skid plate the car is destroyed.
