Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Applied for a loan they told me to get a Walmart money card take pictures of the back and front and the receipt like a fool I did it then they wanted 350 more I said notr Resolution Sought Refund my money

Last week I had to contact you regarding an issue where an unauthorized amount was taken twice for my account from sleep in through the DCU. After screenshotting we responds from sleep in and sending it to DCU, they agreed that I was in the right. They told me they would refund the money. Now they're telling me I have to wait for a dispute yet again. I'm getting two different stories and I'm very upset and I'm being lied to and stolen from. There's no reason for me to have to wait when it's clear as day from the manager and from her response that this money should be returned. Resolution Sought Refund me immediately, no waiting. This has been going on way too long and I've already had to wait almost 6 months for my money to be refunded.
