DD Waste had Dave Sullivan inform me that complaining about dd waste was dangerous, and they are connected to dangerous people who I should just pay off and let them take my stuff. Resolution Sought Refund of money and avoid threats of retao

This customer has tried complaining everywhere, including local Facebook group. First, no idea who Dave Sullivan is. He ordered a dumpster to clean out basement because plumber couldn't get in two fix furnace. His friend did the loading and another dumpster was ordered. The homeowner then called claiming he never ordered a dumpster, even though he gave his credit card to pay. Then said we were stealing his stuff even though we never were in the house. On the last dumpster he unloaded what his friend put in it and had us remove it. Then said we charged him for nothing. It seems there's some kind of mental issue even according to his friend who said he was doing him a favor by cleaning it out so he could have working plumbing. Every time he makes a copmlaint the story changes. Whatever went in the dumpster was dumped at the local transfer station we've been in business for 30 years without any issues and constantly voted best in area by survey companies.
