Our HVAC contact CLEARLY EXPLAINED to us that we will receive $200, from the furnace MANUFACTURER AND $200 FROM NICOR. He very clearly explained that HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMITTING THE MANUFACTURER REBATE, AND WE THE NICOR REBATE. To date we've not received anything. We spoke to Scott Johnson this morning and he back pedaled and said he knew nothing about the $200 MANUFACTURER REBATE that he very clearly explained to the both of us. We don't care WHO the $200 comes from at this point. But we're owed $200. If Scott Johnson dropped the ball on submitting the paperwork, then Dekalb Mechanical should provide the $200 rebate. THEIR employee scr*wed up. We didn't. Resolution Sought We want $200, from the manufacturer OR Dekalb Mechanical as we were clearly told we'd be receiving.

Per consumer, This was a misunderstanding between the owner and I about the rebate. The owner will be receiving a rebate not from the manufacture but through SMART. This has been resolved.
