I bought a car it's a Sorrento 2017 from Kia Goldsboro on November 13th 2023 today is December 10th and the car kept acting like it wasn't going to start so I have it put on the machine to check to see if anything was wrong and the battery is dead so I took it to the dealership and they told me it's going to be 310 dollars and it's not under warranty when I have a 12000 mile 12 month warranty I was told before I bought the car that it was fully serviced before I bought it and now they can't help me with this problem. Resolution Sought Deacon Jones Kia to give me a battery that works.

Consumer states: I am recanting my complaint, Mike Meadows the sales man that sold me the car called me to come back in so they can replace the dead battery in the car I just brought November 13th Thankful for the resolution
