I've never been to a car dealership where we've been treated the way they did!

I bought a used car on Monday from this dealership. It was dirty and not presentable. We were promised that it would be repaired and detailed by Tuesday. We were told that the date needs to be pushed back to Wednesday at noon. Nothing has been done to the car. Also, there has been extremely poor customer service from the manager Aaron Arthur. He was rude and didn't even offer to do anything to appease the situation. And he was not even wearing a mask, walking around, dealing with customers without wearing a mask. When I threatened to cancel the transaction, he just said "okay ", let's cancel so why do you still need to see the car?" How rude! I've never been to a car dealership where we've been treated the way they did! Whether it's a brand new car or a used car , customers shouldn't be treated the way they did. Every employee there were liars! They just cover up for each other. Very poor and bad people to deal with. An apology letter from that Aaron Arthur, the so called manager, who has no customer service training and an apology from the entire Deacon Jones Group and to fire Aaron Arthur!
