Beware of DLG/Adrian Kiglies/BMAK Auction

In the middle of July 2013, I was doing research on obtaining my wholesale automobile license. This can be a lengthy and expensive process. I kept coming across the website for Dealer License Group, formerly known as Dealer Auction Access, and I inquired about their services on their website. After filling out the information request form online, I received a call from the sales manager Greg Skyles. Mr. Skyles explained that they help obtain the license through Indiana due to the relaxed requirements. Greg Skyles said that the Indiana SOS only requires you to have a physical address in the state of Indiana, so they provide you an office space that meets the Indiana SOS requirement, they provide mail forwarding, they provide support, they will help you obtain insurance needed, and they handle the corporation filings to start your company. I took several days to think and decided to sign up. It cost $950.00 to sign up with them, this included $350.00 for the first months rent, $350.00 for a security deposit, and $350.00 for administrative fees. After signing up it took around a month to get the insurance requirements because I was shopping around. I then spent around another $2000.00 for my garage insurance and bond. When signing up it was not mentioned that the insurance broker they want you to go through is their sister company Dealer Insurance Group. So after signing up in the middle of July 2013, and obtaining my insurance around the middle of August 2013 I trusted Dealer License Group with the rest. When I signed up Greg Skyles told me it would take around 20 days from the time I obtained my insurance. The middle of September 2013 I started checking with Greg Skyles to see the status of my license, This is when I started to get the run around and he started trying to pass me off to the admin assistant (Michelle Gonzalez). After not getting straight answers, I contacted the Indiana SOS myself and found that they had started changing the requirement for obtaining an Indiana wholesale license in February 2013. They directed me to their website and found that Dealer License Group signed me up after new regulation were being imposed by the Indiana SOS and continued charging me rent of $350.00 per month. Greg Skyles did not disclose when signing me up that a wholesale dealer must sell 120 cars anually, that the Indiana SOS was changing their regulations of the office use, and of new fingerprint regulation. So to sum it up, Dealer License Group was aware of the new regulation prior to signing me up but still proceeded to sign me up for their own personal financial gain. In October of 2013 I was notified by the Indiana SOS that my application had been denied. I then informed Dealer License Group of my 30 day notice. To date, as of 1/12/2014, I have been contacting by email Adrian Kiglies (VP), Greg Skyles (Sales Manager), and Ana Valez (Accountant) trying to get a refund and return of my security. Adrian Kiglies nor his admin assistant (Michelle Gonzalez) will reply back to my emails Greg Skyles does when it is convienent for him and says he is trying to get the approval signed off by Adrian Kiglies, and Ana Valez passes me off and says she can't release any funds until Adrian Kiglies signs off. The security deposit was suppose to be returned within 30 days. I spent a around $4500.00 in rent, insurance, and fees. I have since found that Dealer License Group is not in good standing with the Illonios SOS and they had continued to sign up additional people also after knowing they would not be able help individuals and companies obtain their Indiana Wholesale Dealers License. Instead Dealers License Group continued to collect the upfront $350.00 admin fee, $350.00 monthly rent fee, a $350.00 security deposit, and insurance broker fees going to their sister company Dealer Insurance Group. Also when Greg Skyles is asked if he has spoke to Adrian Kiglies about my refund, Greg Skyles informs my Adrian Kiglies is busy with the auction company BMAK. My advice would be to stay away from any company owned by Mauricio Kiglies and/or Adrian Kiglies.
