The company is overvaluing my vehicle so that they have to pay out less. Geico has done a reevaluation as well as Tesla and both have confirmed the value is incorrect. They will are refusing to do a reevaluation. Resolution Sought Revalue my vehicle and pay out the correct amount.

We do apologize for your frustration upon learning that your vehicle was undervalued by your primary insurance carrier. Unfortunately, this is a common practice which is why we strongly urge our customers to diligently research the value of their vehicles before accepting an offer from their insurance carrier. Similarly, you could have used DLP as a resource and we would have gladly assisted you in attaining the amount you deserved from your Primary. Unfortunately, you accepted the amount offered prior to contacting us, at which point our hands were tied. While we'd like to address the "reevaluations" by Geico and Tesla, we were never made aware or presented with this information, nor was this a concern you raised with DLP directly. Our records further indicate that you accepted our valuation of your vehicle the day after your complaint was posted and has since been paid.

I did call and speak with a manager. I spoke with Beth who advised me that I just needed to reach out to geico and have them revalue the car because the value provided with the Gap company was so much higher due to the self driving option added. I called Geico to tell them but had that added already and sent the reevaluation to you guys directly after speaking with Tesla.

I have this company as a gap coverage company and submitted a claim Oct 5 and was advised my claim would be processed in 4-8 weeks, it has now been almost 5 months and I have not heard anything. I have continued to follow up on my claim however I just keep getting a reply that they are behind. This has caused the balance of my total car (not my fault) to report negatively on my credit and impact my score negatively. I have called during business hours and get a recording that they are not open. I am not sure how to get my claim resolved as I have been unsuccessful for over 4 months. Resolution Sought Claim to be be processed by the end of the week and payment sent to financial institution.
