Didn't activate warranty, saying I need to pay the loan amount to the warranty before they buy back the car. They have control over canceling the warranty and the warranty would refund to the dealer so why should I pay it in the loan and they get the refund. Won't call me back in a timely manner. Resolution Sought I want them to payoff the entire loan cancel the warranty take their refund and be done with all of this.
