I suggest the service keep his misinformation to himself, lest he endanger people who don't know better.

I explained that I am elderly and vulnerable to a breakthrough bought of delta covid. I had had just spread two hours in an environment where no one but me was masked. He went on to debate with the efficacy of the vaccine stating the doctors at AHC and The Mayo Clinic are advising people not to get vaccinated because many people are dieting. This is dangerous misinformation. The overwhelming majority of all their physicians are vaccinated and recommend vaccinations and all mitigation protocols. Dean Honda just showed me they are all about the money and they are not customer friendly.

I was in the process of by a truck from Dean Honda the price in the car magazine was $20,980 when i got to the dealership the manager said it was $21,000 not what the magazine showed. He told me he would give it to me for a $1000 less which would take it to $19,980 he said it would be $20,980. The next day the the salesmen told me he would work to get it lowered so i told him i would come in to fill the paper out the salesmen told me he was off what until Thursday. On Thursday the salesmen tells me the manager won't move then the salesmen tells me he could get it down to $ 9,500 and for me to stop by. So i assume i got the truck i drove back from Ohio for what i thought was to close the deal once i got there the salesmen told me someone else is looking to buy the truck but if he doesn't buy it they will call me. Dean Honda just showed me they are all about the money and they are not customer friendly. How do you tell someone to show up but sell the truck to someone else. I want people to know that Dean Honda cannot be trusted and also let people know they ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. As for rating them there would be no stars what they did was wrong. People need too know they cannot be trusted.
