Called for a plumber to come out and replace a faucet in our tub/shower a lady came out and put a faucet in and special fittings that were not requested. She put in the handle in the the wrong position so when you turned on the cold you got hot and vice versa. She charged us $1442.98 for a job that should cost half of that. It took her 3 and 1/2 hours and should have taken 1 and 1/2 hours. We used our Discover Card and put in a dispute. I asked for the General Manager to call us back and have not heard back in a week. I want the charge reduced to at least 1/2. Resolution Sought I want them to give us a refund for shoddy work done.

They tore out our front steps and sidewalk to replace a section of our main sewer line in December , they are under contract to replace them this spring. I have been leaving them. Messages for about two weeks now but they are not returning my calls. Resolution Sought We would like them to replace the steps and sidewalk and put our yard back to the way it was before they dug it up.
