I received a notice about owing this from 2021 from a company called JORA CREDIT. I have never heard of this company nor did I ever take out a loan with anyone for this amount. I researched this Debt Recovery company and it appears to be a scam. Resolution Sought Please stop any further contact or effect on my credit. Thank you

This company contacted me about a loan that u never knew anything about and just because and was hurting my credit score I looked into a payment arrangement or something in that nature me and the company came to an settlement of $478.28 the original debt that they were trying to collect was $648.35 original payment was $119.57 a month I paid 119.57 for 2 months and made double payment of $239.14 month of July from my understanding once I paid in full they'll send information over to credit bureau a week good by and I reach out to credit bureau and they say company says I owe them $170 so they can't remove it from my report contacted the DRS company again and they been giving me run around about settlement in full letter and hanging up once I give them my information i don't know what to do at this point they got me out my money and now I can't get what I need to get to my creditors I have all receipts from every payment I made call are also recorded and monitored so the whole conversation of the agreement should be available. Resolution Sought I want a full refund of my money or a guarantee that they will send that letter over as soon as they hear from you guys.
