On 02/14/2022 Deca came to my house selling solar panels. They had me fill out an application online, which turned out to be a loan agreement. When I filed a complaint with Goodleap loans, I was told " you signed the agreement, so there is nothing we can do to cancel it". The solar panels were installed on 02/18/2022. A application is suppose to be sent to the electric company before installation. I was told all extra energy produced would roll over to the next month. This is not true. I was never told it was a $75000.00 loan. According to my application, solar panels are not allowed on a manufactured home that is tied down. Deca lied about the loan, they lied about the installation, and they are still lying about when the solar panels will be turned on. Resolution Sought I would like for them to remove there panels and cancel the loan application. Because they have lied since the beginning
