I sold my new Verizon phone to Decluttr per there website they pay you the next day they have not paid me want respond to my email or nothing I want my money they quoted me for the phone. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is $414.00

My iPad was received by them on Wednesday and they claim to pay the following day. Still haven't even gotten acknowledgment that they even received my ipad. The ups site shows delivered and signed for by a "Kelsey" on Wednesday August 3 at 10am. . Resolution Sought At this point they can either pay me immediately or just ship it back immediately. But this is ridiculous.
