Warn customers of the bad business / company

I sent 172 DVD's to the company. They rejected at least 55 DVD's claiming (damaged disc) or (damaged artwork) -nothing wrong with disc but the outside cover was not in perfect condition, etc. I requested the "rejected " DVD's to be returned to me per COD ( I would pay cash on delivery) . I also gave the option to pay me what I was quoted originally. And they could do what ever they wanted with the dvd's. The company flatly refused to give me my money or return the DVD's stating they will be sent to recycling. That meaning they still had them. Absolutely horrible company.
