Ordered Balloons for an event a month in advance from company. Arrived the day for pick-up, and received the worst service from a worker & the owner herself. The work displayed was sub-par, item was not the same as shown originally (false advertising). Owner yelled if you wanted perfection you should of went else where. Felt uncomfortable with the service. Upon arrival I was ignored, while the same attendant helped others around me. When she finally did, her approach was rude and brass as if I've done something wrong. Worker 's options were take the balloons as is (unfinished work ) or refund deposit. Owner steps in her behavior and unprofessionalism matched her employees. Stated that they don't have the time to re-do the balloons, and that it is waste for her company, if I don't take the tacky ones that were already made. Awhile passed and owner claimed she will try and fix some of balloons, by the following day. Resolution Sought I would like the company Owner and that particular employee to take management/negotiation and self-awareness classes. It is difficult to serve the public (customer service) in a diverse community that you do not respect, and dislike.
