Facts: purchased 3 years ago paid over $500+ with another $200 monthly for 3 years 1. Guards never RECOGNIZED homeowners 2. Guards never stopped intruders and failed to report threats and emergencies BECAUSE the GUARDS working in other countries had no clue what was considered a threat in AMERICA based on CULTURES! 3. Gurads had the ability to put the cameras and hub into PRIVACY mode thus having total control over our devices 4 Found out Deep Sentinel actually broke into our router when we had an IT tech come into the home to help us with the internet because I saw evidence that we were HACKED, the Tech who refused to come back because he discovered Deep Sentinel having illegally broken into our internet service providers equipment totally violates the FTC communication and electronic laws and wanted no part of it but warned us that Deep Sentinel was actually controlling and interfering with our internet and was likely the culprit behind our electronic TV and internet issues. Accessing our internet Deep Sentinel had control of EVEVERYTHING connected to our internet, all our devices. We still to this day can't get any routers to work or get access because of what Deep Sentinel is still doing, despite having disconnected them, still can't access our router the IT tech actually said "someone" is blocking it and holding it, locked it down, he found IP numbers and other electronic evidence of Deep Sentinel being the main cause! 5. We desire to sue period! Resolution Sought I demand $3,114,180,000 in damages. This company actually dared tells us we will buy back the cameras we sold to you for over $500+, and give you back 50.00 for the HUB and 25 for each camera? Are you truly joking and these company has been the criminals raping us right in our faces while taking our money at $200.00 a pop for over 3 years and did absolutely nothing, then CHANGED the user agreement and refused me access to my cameras video view and footage unless I signed the electronic agreement
