I was charged too much for a job that wasn't completed. I had to call another company to finish their work and was charged an additional $176.00. Deep Water told me that they do not install carpet or pad or even steam clean the carpet and disinfect it. I asked the owner to look at the bill and be honest and fair. He reduced the amount From 1,661.89 to. 1,,246.42. Still ridiculous for a half completed job . Resolution Sought Reduce their invoice to a realistic amount. $623.21 minus the $176.01 I paid to have the job finished by another company.
