Worst water authority I've ever dealt with. Extremely rude office personnel with ZERO customer service skills. Would not adjust a bill for a major water leak. The water has strong smell of chemicals and bleach and they will not fix it. They've also started a minimum use fee and basic usage is less than half of minimum gallons. This place is a money racket and we are paying for bad water and HORRIBLE SERVICE. Resolution Sought Adjustments if my bill.
