Attended show at 8 pm on October 8th at The Vine. The sound was so horrendous, my husband and I were not able to decipher any of the words they were saying throughout almost the entire show. The actor's voices were vibrating and even the counter in front of us was vibrating. Very disappointed and discouraged. I spoke to an usher during the show and a guy in a red coat after the show (there was no one in the box office to speak with). Both admitted that the sound system had issues the entire day and it had not been fixed. They both agreed that the quality was horrible. Our entire evening was ruined, and we were unable to enjoy the show. This was very disappointing and a waste of time. I have attended other shows at your venue and have never had this problem before. There was obviously something wrong with your sound system. Resolution Sought Reimburse $100 for tickets.
