Clear indication need to be implemented.

This company does not generate any type of receipt or response to verify reservations made with credit cards. All that you receive is a prompt saying "message received." They have a documented history of complaints and bad faith practices in their Google reviews, which apparently prompted them to create an alternative portal, in an effort to avoid people seeing the bad reviews for their original site. It was through this 2nd portal that I mistakenly made a reservation, which I didn't realize until I submitted, and experienced the lack of confirmation described in the reviews on the other site. They seem to employ a deliberately convoluted scheme in an effort to afford them the opportunity to deny they have received a reservation on your day of arrival, while still charging people who are unable to verify their reservation, who then double book rentals elsewhere. This is evident in the many Google reviews describing this on their site, and could be easily fixed with an auto generated receipt; something every online transaction in the last decade, has used. Also, neither of their 2 listed phone numbers are functional. Institute and online automatic confirmation receipt at the time the document is submitted online, so that the customer has a clear indication their reservation was received. And list phone numbers that are actually functional.
