I bought a car from Delaware Auto auction they told me I was approved for a car $1000 down and 461 a month. I paid the down payment and took the car home. After I made my first payment of $461 then two weeks later they tell me that the finance company rejected my contract. Then I find out all the companies that are in business with turned down my contract. They knew this before I made my first payment. I have text messages from saying I was turned down by all three companies. Resolution Sought I would like my deposit and first payment
